chadni is the first of our second edit - where we play with the gorgeous different textures that come naturally from jute. we celebrate the braided, pleated & stitched details, all created by the hands of our skilled artisans, while also bringing in the luscious blonde jute fibres - in all of their glory - through rows of tassels at the ends. intentionally long in length, they are meant to sit across large tables, or hang unapologetically across shorter spans of surfaces. use chadni to elevate your table scape - or, for it to just sit across your hall table, buffet unit or console.  

as with all our wares, chadni has been designed in australia and hand crafted from start to finish by our women artisans, living & working within their families, communities and, land in bangladesh; women earning a fair living wage, in keeping with the fair trade partnership we are honoured to hold. your purchase translates directly to orders and employment for our artisans.
